The theme of the parade is to express the real spirit of the holidays, being thankful for what we have and to share with the less fortunate in our community.
Food will be gathered all along the parade route for distribution to local pantries for our neighbors in need. Drop off boxes for your food donations are in many member businesses . If you would like a donation barrel for your place of business contact the PBA. (Information Below)
You can also visit Lauer’s Supermarkets and see their display and how to donate a bag of food.
Parade Awards will be given for Best Business Display or Float, Best Patriotic Entry, Best Youth Group Entry, Best Musical or Performance Entry, Best Community Entry, Most Original, and Judge Award optional.
Reviewing stand will be located at Antiques to Go
PLEASE NOTICE ROUTE CHANGE
Start at Tick Neck Road, make a right onto Edwin Raynor Boulevard South (at the intersection of Ft. Smallwood Road), make a right onto Tick Neck Road (approximately 1, 000 feet), make a right onto Mountain Road (Rt. 177), make a right onto Outing Avenue and follow to George Fox Middle School where the parade ends. (This is a slight route change per the AACP)
